Range Rover is preparing to add something very different to its family. The new Range Rover GT is a fully electric grand tourer designed to blend long distance comfort with the capability people associate with the brand. The Range Rover GT will be the first all electric Range Rover built on JLR's EMA platform. Production is planned for Halewood in the United Kingdom. It will launch as a battery electric vehicle, while a hybrid option is planned for later in the model's life.
